I went to a nutritionist Sat 4/12/08, since then I've lost 2 lbs. I bought a scale today, so I started my traineo page as Jodi recommended. I haven't started an excercise program yet, but I am feeling like I want to. That's gotta be real close to actually starting it. lol.
I have figured out since seeing my nutritionist and after eating consciously, that I turn to chocolate (or ice cream) when I'm irritated or frustrated. Knowing that, I've been able to stop myself from using chocolate as a rescue.

Today, I have learned that I cannot have trigger food in the house. (ICE CREAM!!) I went to the grocery and bought WW ice cream bars. I ate 3 of the 6 the first hour I was home. But I didnt have lunch or the mid morning snack... which didn't help the situation. Later.. I was not craving them at all, but just knowing they are here..makes me all crazy. I have so far held out... but those things dont have a chance in hell to see Monday. :P
Anyhoo... from now on when I get a fixin for something sweet, I'll get 1 and not a pack. (which is what the LDN told me to do anyway, but I thought I could handle it. )
Moving on!
5/7/08 BP today 121/76. Fabulous! 2-3 weeks ago it was 131/80 and a couple months before that it was 141/89.
